Hulk 2015 Pencils

Bro Where did you start learning to draw. I have A comic book company I want to Starr but I have NP serious artists willing to draw.
One even gave me a black widow drawing and though I wouldn't know who it was. So I've figured I have to do it on my own for now at least. I have a few character but don't even know how to draw whatvthey look like not to mention their hero look or costume. Please justvpoint me in the right direction
